No interaction with anyone and John lied about contacting us. No one contacted us about our concern

John and Ray are great always help me in a timely fashion and go above and beyond to solve any maintence issues I have

Nothing was done. We were never informed of any follow up and some one is usually here days. There leaks from the gutters continue

Everything’s old design in my apartment and falling apart. I was promised about 5 yrs ago my stove and refrigerator and dishwasher would be replaced to match its all different colors. My fridge is off white my stove is white my dishwasher is black the door shelves of my refrigerator keeps breaking off I believe the plastic is dry rotted with age it’s been 8 going on 9 yrs old ive been in my apartment the brackets to hold the food on the doors have been breaking yearly and been replaced many times The counters on my bathroom sink let’s out a dark brown nasty water at the edge of the sink where the sink meets the counter have to constantly keep cleaning it looks disgusting. I have a terrible mold problem on the bathroom ceiling and walls that makes me literally sick it affects my breathing have to spray with bleach constantly. The mosquito blind on my front sliding door has been broken from the first day I moved in 8 yrs ago they tried fixing it was never replaced with a new one. The sliding doors to my closets keeps coming off the hinges all old. My rent keeps getting higher every year that’s the upsetting part. Someone in another apartment smokes weed and the smells comes through my walls and bathroom vents at times till I can’t sleep whenever it happens. My dishwasher works terribly it’s very old from the day one. The bathroom fixtures are old and rusted falling apart. The faucet cut my finger last night 12/23/25 and I’m diabetic I have to put in a work order to have it replaced.

My interactions with John, and Ray are wonderful. They always communicate with me when issues will be resolved.

As always, John was on top of the problem and fixed the lock. John is absolutely an asset to this community!
