Fees were not adequately disclosed, roach infestation for over 5 months with no resolve, would not recommend complex at all.

I dont think I should be charged for a bathroom door replacement. Soon after moving in, the paint peeled, the stopper went threw it bc it was soft from moisture and laminate came off the wood frame but hinges were still in place. It was barely in tact for the 2 years I've been here and I did not cause it to fall apart.

The team here is awesome. No matter what needs to be attended to they always do an excellent job and are always a pleasure. I hope everyone appreciates them as much as I do. It's well deserved! Thank you ☺️

It took a good while to get snow out of parking lot. Overall it was okay.

I was so worried about leaving my apartment. I'm disabled I use a walker,cane and a rolater. Now I can get to my appointments. Thank you so so much

The hot water issue was eventually resolved, which I appreciate. However, the handling of the situation could have been better.The maintenance request was submitted at 1:35am. Around 4:00am, the maintenance technician knocked on my door extremely loudly to ask me to check the hot water. At that time, the water was still not hot. I would have preferred a phone call before knocking so loudly, as it disturbed both me and likely neighboring residents.The technician also mentioned he would return to verify that the issue was fully resolved but never came back, and I did not receive any follow-up communication until 9:38am later that morning. I had an early flight, and the disruption significantly affected my schedule.While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately fixed, clearer communication, proper follow-up, and more consideration for timing would have made for a much better experience.

There’s still mold where the repair was done. The mold is still on the pipes and wall underneath the kitchen sink. Other than that the service and maintenance was good.
