Older buildings without proper sound insulation. Little to no air flow inside common ways and apartments. Upstairs residents need to walk on eggshells otherwise downstairs residents complain about every little noise and sound they make. Near daily marijuana smell everywhere on property. Dangerous people walking around day and Night. Trees were cut down a couple of years ago, taking away tenants privacy. Outdated appliances. A lot of drug, gang, and mentally unstable resident-related crime. No more security guards. Washing maschines frequently filthy (tenants leaving pet fur and feces inside maschines). Rent is too high considering the quality of the complex.

Fees were not adequately disclosed, roach infestation for over 5 months with no resolve, would not recommend complex at all.
