Well. My first week living here with a newborn baby, there was a man outside with a shotgun threatening to shoot people.Um then we had some folks move in above us, who were up yelling, fighting and blaring music all night. They used to throw garbage and dirty water onto our patio from our balcony. Their baby girl cried constantly.Oh then someone actually got murdered here.My apartment is literally falling apart the cabinets have no bottoms. Oh I forgot about the flood into my apartment and then subsequent roaches from the apartment above us.Also, some kids came and tried to kick my door in, in the middle of the night and broke the lock.The dumpsters are constantly overflowing.

There needs to be a policy update. If a ticket was looked at the deemed broke at the time the first crew evaluates on a weekend when the second crew comes back and the issue seemed to work a replacement needs to be done. I am now still without a stove because of this and had to do a third ticket. I am not happy

The carpet installers who came to my apartment were great. There was a language barrier. They did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish. Most of the job was done wonderfully but since we could not communicate some things were left out. Noone from Heatherwood were with the subcontractor to translate Spanish to english and English to Spanish.

Need to add cameras at location too many illegal activities going on, neighbors need to clean after their pets, and also the extra charges you residents aren’t fair

It happened a while ago probably a month and I guess couldn’t get to it till aprox month later but thank goodness I didn’t need nothing in there !

Unfortunately the problem has not been resolved. The apt. has a problem of roaches As a new tenant in this apartment I'm very concerned about the problem . Thank you for perhaps a upgraded approach in this matter.

The two young men that came to fix the washing machine did an excellent job not only that but they left the apartment spotless. After the repair was made, they took time to clean the washing machine inside and out the parts that you can’t get to unless the washing machine is totally taken apart. Great job thanks.

I have not talked with maintenance staff. I had brief words with computer. There are signs of roaches in the bathroom as well as the previous sights of them in the kitchen and front room. I am a new resident in this apartment. Thanks for your concerning intervention in the matter.
