This call was to confirm that we do not have any pests. The exterminator did not see and sign of or residue We have not seen any roaches since before Christmas. The exterminator and Nick are very professional and kind.

Well it took 3 times to resolve the air conditioner to be replaced . I now have a brand new air conditioner and it works great. The maintenance men are always nice and do their best. It’s finally resolved. Thanks the men who came over. Sorry I didn’t ask for their names.

I was very disappointed that I was charged damage on the living room window blinds by the air conditioner. First of all, I don't know what damages they're talking about and the blinds have been there for many, many, many years. And I had left a message for the property manager to get back to me and I've yet to hear from anyone. So that would be nice if someone could reach out to me. Also, I had scheduled an appointment for a pre-move-out walk with a maintenance supervisor with many communications with the staff in the office who were very helpful, but the supervisor was unable to make time for me before my move.

You didn’t finish the job the dishwasher isn’t done
