Issue was not resolved. I was told a part needed to be replaced. Dryer is not working

We needed the exterminator 3 times for roaches. Since December to current day, we still have the bugs

The maintenance guy who came this time, Rob was WONDERFUL.Absolutely nothing against him.I have cracks in my flooring for months that are getting worse and spreading. They are sharp, have cut my feet, pulled my socks, and are continuing to get worse.There are cracks in the celling as well. Multiple that are spreading.I am also still waiting for someone to come and fix the water marks on my ceiling.A different maintenance man used spray paint, the wrong color, said he would be back, now it's been two weeks.Frustrating to have all this wrong when we spend almost 3000 a month for a one bedroom apartment.

No maintenance was needed. I called because I did not recognize the new security system to the laundry room. When I visited the office I was told that the numeric key pad was no longer being used and that the white key card was all that was needed. No notification was issued to the residents. That is what led to the confusion.

The repair man was very friendly and professional unfortunately it took almost 2 weeks for someone to get here

I'm still waiting for my issue with the showerhead to be resolved, but was informed that the maintenance team don't yet have the piece that they need.

Aside from Carissa and Nadean in the leasing office, and the man who did our move out inspection, there is was nothing positive to say about our experience here

They still, as of yesterday, never plowed the walkway to get to the mailboxes. You have to literally walk into the parking lot to get to the mailboxes. The company you hired is definitely not the same as last year. They were awful. In the Spring the grass is going to look awful. They have ripped up the grass badly. Dirt everywhere.

Just thank you for taking care of this and if possible when cars leave in the morning, can they try and clean out more spots?
