Yes , to management respond directly to my emails regarding this matter.This incident was caused by a hot water pipe burst related to the building’s infrastructure, and I would appreciate timely communication and clarification from management on how this issue will be addressed.I would also like to note that the maintenance team was very helpful and professional during the situation, and my concern is not with their response, but with the lack of management communication.

For the past three years, there has been no apparent inspection or preventative maintenance of the building’s essential systems, including plumbing, electrical infrastructure, and overall structural upkeep. The air conditioning system is never isolated during the winter months, forcing residents to excessively use heating at their own expense. Additionally, the windows throughout the apartment have poor insulation, contributing further to heat loss and increased utility costs.Furthermore, there is no effective way to contact Heatherwood Apartments management during weekends in the event of an emergency. Residents are left with no option but to wait until Monday, which is unacceptable when urgent situations arise.These ongoing issues raise serious concerns regarding habitability, and emergency preparedness within the property.

Winter is hard. People dont say hello. People upstairs are always walking on there heels very loud at night and in the morning 7/730 am every day

Dog poop left on the grounds, too many people living in various units, no parking control, snow removal sucks. Garbage piles left outside people’s units for days. Outdated; especially the cabinets, appliances and bathroom.

The time it took from request for repair till when work was scheduled seemed excessive and would not have been bad if I was informed that work would take time before repair could be done.

This getting really sad that tenants are getting nickel and dimed to death. I’ve been her 25 years and it’s getting to be unaffordable, this is my safe and happy place. And it’s being ruined by money on top of money. It was never this bad.
