Please note this reply should be amended.Maintenance arrived timely, unlocked door and made repairs to the broken lower lock . He was very professional and checked later to make sure all was fixed. had to call 4+ times but every wk got told your ticket has been escalated. really crappy when we pay so much every month

Rob, the maintenance man took control of the work and made sure it was done, if not for him , it his repair would’ve taken 6-7 weeks instead of 3 3 weeks

Maintance member was courteous and listen to my problems that I was having with the issue. And with the other issue of the dishwasher. Which is great to see because in the past it hasn't been that way. In the past it almost seemed as if they did not believe the issue that I was complaining about (Dishwasher). Even with video.
