No maintenance was needed. I called because I did not recognize the new security system to the laundry room. When I visited the office I was told that the numeric key pad was no longer being used and that the white key card was all that was needed. No notification was issued to the residents. That is what led to the confusion.

They still, as of yesterday, never plowed the walkway to get to the mailboxes. You have to literally walk into the parking lot to get to the mailboxes. The company you hired is definitely not the same as last year. They were awful. In the Spring the grass is going to look awful. They have ripped up the grass badly. Dirt everywhere.

Yes , to management respond directly to my emails regarding this matter.This incident was caused by a hot water pipe burst related to the building’s infrastructure, and I would appreciate timely communication and clarification from management on how this issue will be addressed.I would also like to note that the maintenance team was very helpful and professional during the situation, and my concern is not with their response, but with the lack of management communication.

For the past three years, there has been no apparent inspection or preventative maintenance of the building’s essential systems, including plumbing, electrical infrastructure, and overall structural upkeep. The air conditioning system is never isolated during the winter months, forcing residents to excessively use heating at their own expense. Additionally, the windows throughout the apartment have poor insulation, contributing further to heat loss and increased utility costs.Furthermore, there is no effective way to contact Heatherwood Apartments management during weekends in the event of an emergency. Residents are left with no option but to wait until Monday, which is unacceptable when urgent situations arise.These ongoing issues raise serious concerns regarding habitability, and emergency preparedness within the property.
