We were lied to repeatedly by staff in the leasing office when we moved in, our car has been stolen twice with no assistance from pine hills south, literally changing a light bulb maintenance request took over two weeks to be completed

My ceiling still has water stains on it. I would like it to be painted over.

Quick and friendly service. Don't understand why the batteries in the smoke detectors are not changed when the inspections are done. The expense of having an emergency service completed has to be more than the cost of a 9 volt battery.

I found the response time to be immediate and I am very grateful.

The repair guy was understanding and was at apt within 15 minutes and made repair within 30 minutes and checked repair with me so he knew I was satisfied. He was great!

No parking past 3pm , paying for extra things that are not worth it , the rules are absurd , people being murdered .

Unfortunately it’s gotten very unsafe here . I don’t feel comfortable walking my dog after it gets dark

Staff was nice but could be difficult to reach. Pre assessment was scheduled but maintenance never completed. Being charged for things that could have been fixed if pre assessment was completed. Moved out due to roaches. Maintained a clean apartment and underwent fogging and exterminations but to no prevail.

Murders, stabbings, screaming and yelling at all times of the day and night, riots, garbage everywhere, dead beats who don’t work and terrorize those that work, weed smoke everywhere, this place is the worst place I have ever lived in.
