My bathroom is still covered in mold nothing was done about my request?

It’s not a good experience. Overpriced place and you don’t see what you’re rent keeps getting raised for. The lights are never on by the park, there isn’t a park for dogs. Outsiders come in and use the play area and field cause traffic and parking issues. It’s a major safety issue as there is no security and people freely walk on the property and run through the woods. Because of the issue of non residents entering the premises with no vetting or identification a non residents dog attacked my dog and fled the scene. Had there been security that person could’ve been identified. Also the utilities are only for new residents so we are paying a higher rent and utilities that could be way less.

He was very helpful and friendly. Was understanding of our concerns and made sure to answer and resolve the problem thoroughly.

More communication between staff as to when they are going to be at the apartment, twice i had stepped out for a minute and the staff left notification that they were here, weather in the apartment or not, just give a head up and I could have been available for the staff to do what was needed, also when I just moved in I had a back up in the kitchen sink with sewage in the sink, your staff was exceptional to resolve the issue, I must thank them for their service

They do half work and its broke again in a week.with everything. You wait days for repairs.
