YES. ALL THE MAINTENANCE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKING VERY HARD IN ALL THE SEASONS ALL THE TIME . I AM VERY HAPPY LIVE IN HEATHERWOOD AND ALL THE LADY IN THE OFFICE TOO♥️♥️♥️

What we’re told isn’t consistent and people are paying an insane amount of money for you guys to keep taking away amenities. The property is never clean and leaves are left until end of season wouldn’t recommend anyone renting an apartment through heatherwood

We were lied to repeatedly by staff in the leasing office when we moved in, our car has been stolen twice with no assistance from pine hills south, literally changing a light bulb maintenance request took over two weeks to be completed

Quick and friendly service. Don't understand why the batteries in the smoke detectors are not changed when the inspections are done. The expense of having an emergency service completed has to be more than the cost of a 9 volt battery.
