I will never recommend Heatherwood, you are just a greedy corporation that devastated my family!!!!!

Heatherwood was ,is ....the unsafest place I have ever lived!!!!! My sons window by his bed was broken with a huge mallot by our neighbor. He could have died. Men from the community came to my window all different times looking for drugs or god knows what else. The neighbors were constantly fighting . In the summer the homeless would sleep outside the empty apt across from us in the backyard. We were going to have the apt cleaned instead ,Heatherwood illegally, without a court order changed the locks . Now we are being asked to pay damages!!!!! Whoever reads this I will scream from the rooftops DO NOT LIVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMEN OR HAVE CHILDREN!

Maintenance (tom) came to my apartment to see about my mold issue I had in my bathroom and bedroom air conditioners , he suggested I should open the windows everyday and let fresh air come in because there’s not a lot of ventilation in the apartment. I am very satisfied that maintenance came to solve the issue and not just covering it up. I’m happy he came figured out the cause ! I will be opening my windows everyday does every day now ! Very satisfied, we shall see if mold comes back !

I have lived here since 2005. And now you are pushing me out for a extra 300.00,My daughter grew up here for 20 + years, we are faithful and good tenants. My family is devastated 💔! I wish you can understand we are human beings not a pay check

There are added fees every month on my rent so that my maximum amount never covers the full amount but it’s not listed on my bill., just in the portal. What is the liability cost? I don’t get the common area fees. That should be included in rent. And now you’re asking us to pay utilities separately. All we get with rent is the room. That was never the way with a complex in the past.

Dog walking area is not well lite at night making it unsafe. Statements have been made charging $500 if dog walking guideline are not complied with. Residents are smoking in front of apartments, it took six months and ring pics and video and reaching out to the town before anything was done.We feel unsafe living here, our neighbor often threatens to hurt individuals including landscapers and those complaining about her smoking She committed to me that she was told it’s me complaining

My appliances are very old and heat register in bathroom is completely rusted. Also kitchen floor tiles are peeling.

No one responded to our inquiry, closed the inquiry and the issue is still present

I lived there over seven years. You guys don’t do anything about complaints such as crack heads breaking into my apartment and raids happening next door. With 3 children and no way to get out of my lease I had no choice but to stop paying rent so I could leave for our safety. I would rather spend a night in the worst hood then live in that community. You portray like it’s an amazing place to live but it’s nothing but drug addicts and drug deals. Also, watch your new super for drug activity. Your welcome.
