The order wasn’t done. Nobody came. I think there may have been confusion with the AI? But that doesn’t help. So, a week or so went by with no activity, so I called leasing office again and was told they would come today. 3/13. It is now 2:15pm and still waiting. Cant do Sat/Sun. And I have the termites/flying ants coming in still and no dryer working still. Ceiling lights also.thank you.

Even though the request shows as completed no repair was actually done. A safety cone was placed over the collapsing storm cover but no repair or attempted repair at all. And now we have one less parking space until this situation really does get resolved.

The maintenance department was extremely nice and friendly when they will come to the apartment to repair never had a problem. I would recommend the place to other people.

Dog owners use the tennis court as a dog park smoking by the pool tobacco and marijuana use alcohol and food as well. Loud music.
