These two maintenance individualshave such pleasant, and sincere attitudes.They perform their jobs quickly and with such a basic confidence. Their hard working dedication inspires a good happy feeling of trust!

Chris does very good work. This is his secondtime at my apt since he have been working atthe complex. He came to take care of my request at a very speedy time and I thank himfor that. To me he very much seems to knowhis job. He’s very respectful and understandingas he communicated with me. I highly appreciated his punctuality and willingness to listen and got the job done. (Grateful).

Well i sent them.\n A check for June's rent. I sent it out on the 26th of May.\n Day, they sent me a text. In a phone call, saying that they did not receive my payment.\n I went to the bank. The check wasn't cast so I canceled the check which cost me $30. I sent another check out on the 8th of June They deposit that check on the 13th. And the check that they said that they never received they deposited on the 14th. So I took it to my lawyer. You should be here from him soon. They lied and said that they didn't receive the check.\n Said that I would have to pay late charges.\n Also I had to pay $30 for the check that I canceled. I'm trying to figure out. Why would they do something like this for 22 months?\n I will wait on time. I sent my check to the same location. That was part of the reason of me Moving Out. That and I didn't want to renew my lease

The order wasn’t done. Nobody came. I think there may have been confusion with the AI? But that doesn’t help. So, a week or so went by with no activity, so I called leasing office again and was told they would come today. 3/13. It is now 2:15pm and still waiting. Cant do Sat/Sun. And I have the termites/flying ants coming in still and no dryer working still. Ceiling lights also.thank you.

Even though the request shows as completed no repair was actually done. A safety cone was placed over the collapsing storm cover but no repair or attempted repair at all. And now we have one less parking space until this situation really does get resolved.
