The maintenance department was extremely nice and friendly when they will come to the apartment to repair never had a problem. I would recommend the place to other people.

Dog owners use the tennis court as a dog park smoking by the pool tobacco and marijuana use alcohol and food as well. Loud music.

MiceAll night long section 8 drug binges (only 1 dead body pulled out, so I guess that's not bad considering)MiceUseless tennis court that could be split into a dog park and a shaded sitting area/garden for residents (people use the play ground as a dog park anyway).Did I mention the mice?
