I need Heatherwood to understand that Miguel is legitimately the best employee that this company has ever been blessed enough to have.I’ve known Miguel for almost 5 years now and I need upper management to know what an absolute asset this man is to your organization.Miguel’s maintenance/service abilities are only outmatched by his warmth, kindness, humility and work ethic. He is the definition of a tremendous human being and exemplary employee.Miguel deserves so much more recognition than what this text prompt could begin to touch upon.Miguel genuinely deserves so much more than just a raise. If every Heatherwood employee was like Miguel, this community would be so much better to live in.Please understand how blessed you all are to have Miguel as a part of your staff.Seeing him wave to me as I walk the complex is one of my favorite parts of the day. His smile, diligence, character, and genuine care for this community’s residents is something to marvel at.I wholeheartedly trust him to enter my home to do any work - whether I’m home or not. Need security and back gate locked. As it says "gated community" on your signs and website!! I have been here for 9 years back then we had security and never had issues until gates were never locked and no more security. Especially for what we all pay here

There was a pipe leak in the bathroom and the maintenance team resolved the issue within 1 hour of calling in the request. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up existing water overflow.

Sorry to say that while the light posts seem to be fixed, the light over the garage is still not working two days after you said my work order was completed.
