Need security and back gate locked. As it says "gated community" on your signs and website!! I have been here for 9 years back then we had security and never had issues until gates were never locked and no more security. Especially for what we all pay here

There was a pipe leak in the bathroom and the maintenance team resolved the issue within 1 hour of calling in the request. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up existing water overflow.

Sorry to say that while the light posts seem to be fixed, the light over the garage is still not working two days after you said my work order was completed.

Maintenance will check periodically to see when birds hatch as they promised to take the nest away. It’s right above my garage door and birds fly all over. Very annoying as I have issues walking. Guys are very nice. .
