Nelson did and excellent job in fixing and explaining what problem was and repaired quickly and successfully!!! Our maintenance are just top notch. We’ve been here quite a few years and always satisfied with everything our maintenance department does including care of the outside of our homes as well. Thank you Nelson for job well done !!!!!!

No security! My car was stolen from 10 feet away from my front door in March. Then 7 months later, someone broke into my car and went through it and stole several items. This has happened to several of my neighbors!Stray cats everywhere peeing all over my patio items.Pool area, including furniture, is outdated and gross. Pool hours should be longer both daily and not just on weekends in the early part of the summer. Its such a small window of time to use the pool.Residents park in no parking zones, constantly blocking walking paths.Half of the development looks brand new, the rest is outdated and falling apart.The landscaping consists of half dead bushes and diseased plants. It looks terrible.

Besides the construction of newly renovated apartments around and below my apartment which took all summer to finish into the fall, now there is construction going on which will take all winter and Spring to finish on a clubhouse that wasn't in disrepair!I have lived here since 2014 and I have never been this unhappy as I used to brag about where I lived because of the landscaping and neighbors. Now there are police here at least one a week if not more and I dont even feel safe coming home at night as I live alone.Besides that the rental b increases are always more than I can afford on my salary as now more than half of my salary goes toward living here. I started living here and was paying 1840 for the first two years and my original contract had a 1 to 3% max increase for future years. They should reinstated that as the money it takes to live here is not affordable for a one income household!
