I think it would be good if they came to your apartment in a timely fashion and on the day prescribed it gives you the time to get things in order and take care of personal etiquette he came early and I was in the shower.

We had four people come in and out between two days to address the problem and every single one communicated thoroughly, kept us involved in what was going on and what to expect next, and always remained professional. They were also kind, and weren’t bothered when my kid interrupted to show off a new Spider-Man toy. Genuinely good people, and the issue was resolved quickly.

Great service, quick, friendly, took initiative to fix other things in the apartment like my door knob. Very satisfied

They’re are defiantly some interesting characters who live in the development. Cops are called frequently for disputes. I’ve been questioned by cops multiple times on individuals who live in the community. My dog has ingested, improperly, disposed, marijuana, and the office team in the development did hardly anything to any follow up. It took them several weeks to even contact me back. Another situation occurred, and I sent two emails to the office manager and still heard nothing back. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication for the price I am paying.

Tom, Carissa, as well as the maintenance crew are always great! I’ve been here 12 years and appreciate everything they do to make Spruce Pond amazing!

I’d love there to be more events to mix residents that aren’t just for kids and families. I also would love to have my apartment be updated
