I have written this before, but saying again... I like living here overall and feel safe which is a huge asset. And when there is an issue, which for me is repeated closet doors or kitchen drawers not on hinge, broken cabinets, etc. the maintenance attention is great - very quick and helpful so my rating below was just maintenance overall, otherwise i would give the team themselves an excellent rating.I think there are small things the complex could do to improve. For example, putting a coat of paint on the bottom level AC units.Instructing people to limit how many items they keep outside their front area or what those items are allowed to consist of.Improve the main signage with lighting so it's easier to see when approaching the complex as some people can't find it with the road being so busy and dark and often confusing the entrance with Villa Paul.Stabilize the mailboxes and freshen the numbers on the package boxes.Things like that could go a long way...My main complaint at my unit is that there was a mold issue last summer around one of my windows that wasn't technically fixed, it was painted over so I don't know exactly what that does overall to make sure it's not toxic. I really hadn't overthought it, but it could be cause of concern.Lastly, the fire that happened last month or so in the next building was absolutely terrifying. It would be helpful to message those that experienced it with sirens going all night and firefighters in action as to why or how that started. It was very scary.Thank you

There are NO AMENITIES here although they advertise that they have pools weight rooms etc. You have to drive 20 miles to Manorville to make use of them. They also charge $25. Month for them even if you’re handicapped and cannot avail yourself of their use. Cleanliness varies. There are people who come in and use the dumpsters to dispose of commercial materials as well as mattress etc. Staff are no longer reachable. If you call and no one wants to answer it automatically goes into a solicitation for one of Heatherwood’s properties. There was a cat trapped in the basement for over a week and I couldn’t reach anyone at Heatherwood. I finally got someone from the town shelter to help the poor cat. She almost died down there.

I’ve lived here for 9 years and there hasn’t been a single update on the unit yet the rent increases every single year. The stove and the refrigerator in my unit are very old and rusty and needs to be replaced. I’ve made several requests for the stove to be replaced but each time they just replace the parts with other OLD parts. The unit does not match the ‘Heatherwood Luxury rental’ sign that is posted at the entrance.
