I met 3 maintenance men, 1 last night and 2 this morning. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful and courteous. I felt so silly for calling about the heat but each person reassured me that it’s no problem and that they were glad to help. We just moved in on Saturday and I am BEYOND impressed with how quick the issue was resolved!! So appreciative!! Amazing service, amazing staff, amazing job!!!

I have had issues being able to schedule appointments to get things (dishwasher)fixed when I am home. I couldn’t on the app or on the phone

I did not like Hawkeye leaving unfinished work near my building and tearing up the lawn. I also don't like all the trees. One fell on my car three years ago. I also hate my neighbour to pieces. Its like living next to a bowling alley and a crime scene.

I have two issues in one was resolved quickly. The other was looked at waiting for microwave with the microwave door either one to be replaced. It’s not a rush. I don’t really use it that often but they were still extremely nice when they came in and looked at it. Neat the high-quality you guys are high-quality and I appreciate that thank you.

heatherwoods pine hills maintenance staff have always always been truly wonderful.. embodying all of the above to the fullest extent.. i consider myself very very fortunate to live here especially as a disabled woman in a wheelchair. I am very thankful.

The gentleman that came here was fine. He had little to work with considering these closet doors are from when this place was first built. I’ve had them repaired numerous times. The metal is literally coming off the panel itself at this point. The mold and mildew on the bathroom ceiling was just painted over. The areas where they spackled over a year ago is still showing. For the amount of money being charged in rent, this should not even be a continual issue. Extremely disappointed in how Heatherwood has become.

From the leasing department to the maintenince team and everyone in between at heatherwood our moms home for over 20 years she loved her apartment and the whole community .
