Place and apartments are old and dated.Buildings are not updated inside and out.Lawns are a messNeeds mulch every year not mud.The water “pound” by winding path is always low or almost empty.Security has become a big concern.I do not ever see any roaming security.When I moved in there was at least gated overnight.

I give the maintenance staff a 10 thumbs up 👍I feel they always go above and beyond what needs to be done, if they are working on anything and notice something that can be fixed they will take care of it, and it’s always a treat to see their friendly faces, thank you guys, you’re the best

Had a flood,carpets and padding was taken up,bedroom furniture was taken apart,real mess.Tom,ray,John and another guy came in and replaced padding laid carpet back down and put bedroom back in ordre.real professional job.left all areas neat and clean

I appreciate when I need something that somebody always comes I compensated them with a good amount of appreciation I mean, as far as a tip.

Apartments need to be upgraded as far as cabinets and appliances etc.Need to reconsider apartment pricing, how do you expect people to live with rent that high for a space that is only 950 sq feet .I enjoyed living there . Thank you !
