The apartment is pretty disgusting and very run down for the amount of money I am paying. The quality or the appliances are terrible. The grounds looks poorly maintained. I have dead bushes out front of my apartment and the outside needs to be power washed. The laundry room is dirty. The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful but there’s only so much they can do.

A lot mayhem in community from nonstop police to people who shouldn’t be in area
