The guys were great..Fixednthe leak fixed the wall cleaned up after themselves. AWESOME...And they always left a note each time they were there what time they were there what they fixed and when they would be back to continue the process til everything was complete. Thanks GuysJULIE

The AI call taker is horrible. I couldn’t get to maintenance at all and it would just hang up on me. I had to call the leasing office to make sure the requests were made and the person was lovely on the phone. If it’s an emergency like we had with no heat or hot water it should route to a person.
