Please remind maintenance techs that cleaning up their mess after job is complete, should be part of the work. I needed to clean up their mess after area around the toilet and the bathroom sink where the broken part was put after removal.

Place and apartments are old and dated.Buildings are not updated inside and out.Lawns are a messNeeds mulch every year not mud.The water “pound” by winding path is always low or almost empty.Security has become a big concern.I do not ever see any roaming security.When I moved in there was at least gated overnight.

I give the maintenance staff a 10 thumbs up 👍I feel they always go above and beyond what needs to be done, if they are working on anything and notice something that can be fixed they will take care of it, and it’s always a treat to see their friendly faces, thank you guys, you’re the best
