My last Maint request was a complaint about garbage being kept on patios and ends up with trash everywhere. So it’s too soon to tell if people comply with complex’s letter to keep garbage inside.Under other circumstances the complex is responsive to maint requests.

Please remind maintenance techs that cleaning up their mess after job is complete, should be part of the work. I needed to clean up their mess after area around the toilet and the bathroom sink where the broken part was put after removal.
