The guys were awesome!! They were polite, nice, on time & great!

Had a flood,carpets and padding was taken up,bedroom furniture was taken apart,real mess.Tom,ray,John and another guy came in and replaced padding laid carpet back down and put bedroom back in ordre.real professional job.left all areas neat and clean

I appreciate when I need something that somebody always comes I compensated them with a good amount of appreciation I mean, as far as a tip.

Apartments need to be upgraded as far as cabinets and appliances etc.Need to reconsider apartment pricing, how do you expect people to live with rent that high for a space that is only 950 sq feet .I enjoyed living there . Thank you !

When the issue is totally resolved I will update my response. The termite issue has been a problem since my first maintenance request in January. This is the third time an exterminator has come into my apartment and sprayed which hasn’t worked. I have requested traps to be put down. I have been told a number of times it needs to be approved and probably will be done in the next two weeks when the termite exterminator comes on the ground. As I explained to the maintenance guy I am not very happy and shouldn’t have to live with this issue. Hopefully in the next two weeks this issue is resolved.
