Rent increases every year even though our amenities keep shrinking. Gym is outdated and has broken equipment, pool tables are functionally useless. Sauna has never worked. No more security booth or gate. Now they're adding utility charges on top of these rent increases. No plans to upgrade to fiber internet. Constant maintenance issues like water leaks, heat not working, roof leaks, moldy AC, sewer gas smell when running the laundry. Constant construction onsite before 8am. The grounds look worse every year. There's never enough parking. I could go on..

The Nancy in apt 27-7 locked herself out of! I let her in my house and called maintenance ! While in my house she found the key in her pocket ! I let her in and called back ! I did see maintenance or need a response from them ! She got in Safely !

The request was handled much quicker than we thought and the issue was fixed completely.

The guys whom came to do the request was very fast and they fixed my issue quickly I was happy . They spoke to me with respect and was friendly. They did a great job

Maintenance always great job

There are always issues that require the water to be turned off suddenly. I am a very busy Nurse Practitioner and when I come home I want to cook a healthy meal or take a shower and I can’t when the water is turned off. One time I was in the shower and the water was turned off mid shower. I understand issues happen but it has happened around 5 times since I moved in.

Heat has been going off periodically for a couple of years now. It is in the boiler room, not in my apartment. Even though they reset some switch in the boiler room, they have not addressed the root cause of the problem.

The 2 guys that came were absolutely great! Friendly, considerate and so nice!Everything I asked was done.

Maintenance guys are professional and personable. I could not be happier with them. Very nice and courteous people.
