The AI call taker is horrible. I couldn’t get to maintenance at all and it would just hang up on me. I had to call the leasing office to make sure the requests were made and the person was lovely on the phone. If it’s an emergency like we had with no heat or hot water it should route to a person.

Maintenance personnel verbally confirmed the issue was resolved. Very friendly interaction as always.

Place is filled with drug dealers. Not safe for children at all. Place looks like its ancient apartments were done prob 30-40 years ago and never updated. Nothing ever got fixed or repaired. Place is crawling with rats and I mean rats big rats not little mice. I was in 2 different apartments and they weee in the walls absolutely ridiculous for the amount you charge for rent
