A neighbor's stopped drain resulted in water backing up and overflowing my kitchen sink. John, who came Friday evening (1/2), was polite, positive, respectful of my living- space, and thoroughly professional. He explained the situation, cleared the drain, and assured me that his coworkers would return the next day be sure that my issue was fully resolved in time for me to attend a funeral service Saturday morning. Forgive me for forgetting their names but they, too, were pleasant, polite and professional, --and deserve to be recognized.

I’ve lived here for 15 years, new ownership doesn’t replace carpets , paint after a certain number of years, so if I move? Do I pull up the carpet that I’ve paid for ???? I think not,it’s a rental… these are landlord responsibilities

Greg & Hector were able to quickly and efficiently, fix my drain issues. They both are very professional in doing so. Definitively one of the best aspects of living here in Pine Hills is the excellent maintenance team.

Root cause of the problem has not been addressed. The heat has gone off twice this season, and happened several times last year. The problem is in the boiler room; something continually needs to be reset. Please elevate this issue to someone that has the authority to get it fixed.

AI assistant needs improvementI had to follow up on the scheduled work order to make sure repairs got started. They aren't completely done yet. Job is scheduled to be completed after the Holidays, which I will schedule on the rental portal
