Mercedes, the leasing agent, was super knowledgeable, personable, and intent on letting me know all information so that I could make a very informed decision with the complex and in the area at large.

Additional guests parking would be amazing as spots are limited for the amount of apartments.And find a solution for VPP as maximum days is 7, some guests come over more than 7 days in a row (maybe an option for over 7 days or additional paid parking option for tenant)

We really enjoyed the tour. It was honest and representative of the apartment. Nothing was “marketing” or “sugar coated”, yet the complex spoke for itself due to how new and nice it was.

We felt very welcomed by the leading team (Alicia, Jesse, and Victoria!) and they were very detailed with the apartment information and showed us step by step calculations of the leasing costs. The apartment is also brand new and Alicia showed us the best room they had for our price range. The amenities also covers everything we wanted/need. We are excited to start our new living here :)

The hallways should be cleaned more than they are. There are doors that clearly doesn’t get checked often because it is broken 80%.
