Parking is a big issue for guest. I’m not sure if we are able to open the parking on the 7th floor for guest because I am noticing almost all of the guest parking taken around 6pm thurs-sat. Also maybe incorporating the butterfly program for the building. It’s a system that allows residents to buzz guest if deliveries inside with ease. I moved here from arthouse where we utilized it and it was a bonus forsure. Elevators broken for too long tbh. Other than that I have had a great time living at the property on the 5th floor

Move to an automated ID system. The agent forgot to give me my ID back. I went to my next location and realized and had to come back

Mercedes didn’t care to show me other units she literally showed one floor plan I expressed my interest in the color scheme and rushed the tour which was very underwhelming

I initially liked my apartment complex and anticipated renewing my lease however, their response to my car being towed under false pretenses is what ultimately made me reconsider renewing or referring my friends to obtain a lease here. Per management, my car was not parked in the assigned parking spot, but- it was. When confronted with proof that my car was in the correct parking, no one could provide any answers. Just more excuses and made up scenarios as to why my car was towed. Corporate is refusing to respond to the incident and frankly this may escalate to legal action. I would tread real lightly before signing a lease here.

Cannot stand the train honking every hour, and the LED lights from the business in front.hallways always smell like weed.

She was not very friendly and talkative. Was informative of the apartment space but when she found out my budget she knew I wasn’t probably going to fill out application

Mercedes, the leasing agent, was super knowledgeable, personable, and intent on letting me know all information so that I could make a very informed decision with the complex and in the area at large.

Additional guests parking would be amazing as spots are limited for the amount of apartments.And find a solution for VPP as maximum days is 7, some guests come over more than 7 days in a row (maybe an option for over 7 days or additional paid parking option for tenant)
