The hallways should be cleaned more than they are. There are doors that clearly doesn’t get checked often because it is broken 80%.

Tour was good, Jose was helpful and nice. facilities were nice overall and apartments were a good size and very functional. I would definitely make sure to note the location as being between the railroad tracks can be hard but that is a bit outside 1520s control

The tour was very good. Mercedes did an excellent showing the property and answering questions. I saw different floor plans and the community. It is one of the top considerations.

Mercedes was extremely welcoming when we first came. We were able to tour a unit and she answered all of our questions. She even asked us if there was an alternative options just in case we didn’t like the unit. She very honest and helpful.

The agent who gave my tour continuously walked ahead of me and seemed annoyed to be giving a tour late in the day.

The tour was informative and we got to see everything we wanted to see. Jesse was very nice as well.
