Mercedes was extremely welcoming when we first came. We were able to tour a unit and she answered all of our questions. She even asked us if there was an alternative options just in case we didn’t like the unit. She very honest and helpful.

New property that I really enjoyed visiting. Staff and residents were very friendly!

The agent who gave my tour continuously walked ahead of me and seemed annoyed to be giving a tour late in the day.

The tour was informative and we got to see everything we wanted to see. Jesse was very nice as well.

Friendly staff

The staff, specifically Mercedes and Alicia were fantasist. In particular, they were very thorough and transparent about living expenses, projected rent, and surcharges that made the process and institution seem trustworthy, a stark contrast from surrounding institutions. This was likely the single most important factor in my decision to sign my lease here.

The tour was rushed. I understand they were busy but I had a 2 pm appointment. Also ran into issues with identity verification and I have essentially been begging the property manager to unlock to no avail. Hopefully she sees this and gets to it and make it a priority.
