Customer Service Amazing

This is our second year here at Heights West 11th and we are very pleased with everything here.

The entire staff is on point. Thank you!

The associate: Katrina was very polite and professional. I very much appreciated her showing me around and informing me of all of the benefits and amenities that they have to offer. I was really impressed with her knowledge and her professionalism. I told her that the Heights W. 11th property is on my top 5 list. I am still taking tours of other apt. communities and see what they have to offer as well. Thank you very much Katrina, I look forward to speaking with you again in the not-so-distant future.

Our maintenance man is the best!

This was an issue about water coming into the unit after a hard rain and it will take some time to fix the problem. The response time was exceptional- as contractor came to assess the problem and take measurements the same day as reported to management.

They are awesome and they treat me like family alway

The management team is the best and does their absolute best. Unfortunately I believe due to external circumstances the elevator consistently seems to malfunction
