I believe that accountability should be more of the highest standard and undesirable work behavior must be corrected immediately from all departments.

Weeding out the non patient care employees. They hurt the facility. They are o ou there for a paycheck

Leadership seems to reward themselves a lot. Also they show favoritism to certain staff. Insurance plans are horrible.

Hiring weekend staff - which I have seen postings for this now. Finding another psych safe alternative to plates and bowls than styrofoam. If patients want their food heated up, we have to put styrofoam in the microwave which I am not comfortable doing. Also, all units have been sharing a microwave for our breaks since the upstairs one has disappeared. Finding rubber alternatives to hygiene bins so they are more psych safe and easier to be cleaned.
