When you question upper management they tend to retailorate against you and then say its for the need of the business. Also, don't feel safe they keep putting two MHTS on the floor but include nursing saying its four " staff" at all times. They blocked off weekends because its hard to find coverage and they say if you need time off you can offer up your shift and find coverage. They are more invested into what night shift is doing even the job is getting done. You never here nothing good of what NIGHT shift is doing but only what night isn't doing. Some management are not professional at all they talk to staff members as we are children and laugh at what they are discussing in meeting. HR Gemini was pretending she didn't get certain paperwork even when the doctor put me in the email to make sure I saw it.
