Compensate those who come in to help on their off days with a bonus.

More support on weekends when more likely to be short staffed. “Weekend Warrior” staff to have more stability on staffing on weekends. Holding staff accountable for weekend call ins by making that member make up the shift the following weekend to help with being short staffed.

Offer improved traning opportunities. This has been communicated to me by people who have left Hendricks stating that they feel they have lack of training.
