Conduct daily start of shift huddle with MHTs to encourage team work and collaborationEvery patient should wear an identifier band such as SI, HI, Fall, Seizure for quick reference

Don’t tell an employee the paperwork is in for more $$ but it’s taking 3+ months to get to you . Still not here now my yearly raise is due as well. Will I get retro pay too?We should know as soon as we walk into a unit who is agitated or just be more alert around someone. Should be protocol.MHT doesn’t give us no kind of information except Jeremiah he always lets us know

There is a lot of animosity between some people/departments and that is caused due to inequality for some departments. How is it fair that employees who are salary are not working their full 40 hours and employees who do not work 40 hours in a week have to use their PTO to cover and make up the 40 hours. Every department should work to their fullest. Once in a while leaving early is a different story but not all the time. Salary employees come in whenever and leave early without completing their full 40 hours and they are paid a lot higher too.It is hard to say things because higher management holds a grudge and doesn't talk to you or ignores you.

It would be very nice for the CEO to stick up for departments. We have escalated things up to him and he has not even replied or acknowledged anything (which seems to be a theme with him). We have been continuously ignored and still will be even after this comment. Do better for your hourly workers. We not only got holiday pay taken from us, but we also don't have any flexibility on time. Corporate has little consideration for anything or anyone. They are going to be the downfall of this hospital. There is never anyone we can go to, to get a clear answer. Also, you have the UM department who is getting paid SALARY and still not working full days. Make that make sense.

Staff needs a safe way to transport patients during a code green.

A leadership team is only as strong as its weakest person, and that person is Mandy. People need to see things for what they are and stop covering up the fact that Mandy Brooks is a big workplace bully. She makes the work environment very uncomfortable and hostile. The leadership as a whole is very toxic. Mandy was a terrible nurse, a terrible educator, and a terrible manager. Mental health is preached so much, but they ignore the fact that staff members are depressed and at the end of their ropes. The favoritism coming from management is very obvious, disgusting, and needs to stop. Everyone talks!!! Jeremiah got hired with multiple felonies that can be seen on my case, but his background check was "excused," so "he can be given a chance." Will a black man with face tattoos, with the same felonies, be given a chance to work at HBH? I highly doubt it!!!! Jeremiah gets a hotel room paid for by CEO Ryan when he left his partner and newborn baby, but when another staff member was homeless and sleeping outside on a bench, heads were turned. Staff aren't allowed to work on units where they know a patient on, but Jeremiah can work on floors with patients that he has been behind bars with? Oh, that's right, he's a favorite and rules don't apply. Staff can't work with their partners on the same floor, except for Mandy? When Tiffany works, Mandy sits next to her at the nurses' station all day, disrupting the workflow! She's excused from the rules, I suppose. The under-the-table payments need to stop! It's very unprofessional for Bruce to tell patients that a part of their discharge is to leave him a 5-star review. Then Bruce walks around talking about how he gets money from CEO Ryan to get reviews. If a facility were so good, good reviews would be automatically given, not begged for every day! Bruce brags about how he didn't have to interview like everyone else for his new position. That CEO Ryan and other leadership members begged him to just take it. How is that fair to those who have worked for it? You make Bruce a leader when he talks about how hospital rules don't apply to him because the hospital would not survive without him. Bruce is a leader when he refuses to respect patients' pronouns, makes homophobic comments, calls Taty (a mht) crazy, and laughs at their pronouns, has questioned what's between their legs, and has openly called Jeff a f*ggot! That is what you want in a leader? Is this what HBH stands for? Leadership treats MHT's like the dirt under their shoes. Horrible!! Leadership does not care about its staff. Especially techs. The mental health and well-being of the staff members outside of the "favorites" are not cared about at all. There are staff walking around making suicidal jokes and saying how their death would be better than coming to work. Staff are nothing but a number, and patients are no more than walking dollar signs. The leadership of HBH is trashy and messy. It's an embarrassment to say I work there. Mandy needs to stop being a workplace bully, and maybe things would be better for people. It would be better if Mandy did her job instead of stepping all over others trying to do their job.
