As always, a beautiful experience at Herb Chambers Mini. I brought my Mini Cooper in for her 70k service. Kirill Dergonov was so kind and professional. Rachel was a true Godsend.

I recently had a complex service issue regarding my 2026 X3.Dispite being brand new to the company my Service Advisor Tereza, was excellent though out the entire process. She was able to arrange a “loaner” vehicle which I had for an extended period of time. I really appreciated that.

My service technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. Was even able to get a loaner when the work needed to be done was more extensive that originally thought.

Very disappointing experience at Herb Chambers of Boston. The service department overpromised, underdelivered, and showed little regard for my time. I was given inaccurate information, left waiting far longer than expected, and received no meaningful explanation or apology.I arrived at 8:18 AM for my 8:15 AM scheduled service appointment (oil change and two filters). I was greeted immediately, confirmed the work, and told them I would be waiting. I was advised the car would be done around 10:30–11:00 AM.About 15 minutes later, Susan Carlow, the tire specialist, approached me to say my two rear tires were close to needing replacement. She confirmed they were in stock, gave me a quote, and recommended an alignment. I agreed to move forward.At 9:55 AM, I received a text from the technician who completed the multi point inspection. He noted two additional recommendations: • Water pump starting to leak at the gasket (dried fluid visible, not actively leaking) • Minor leak at the differential side sealHe said my advisor, Tereza Gusman, would contact me with an estimate.By 12:15 PM, my car still wasn’t ready and no one had updated me. I went to find Tereza myself. She told me they still needed to do the tires. At 12:30 PM—2.5 hours after the technician’s text—she finally came over with the estimate for the two additional recommendations and asked if I wanted them done that day. I told her I had already been there for four hours and would schedule those repairs another time.My car was finally completed around 1:30 PM. For an oil change, two filters, a multi point inspection, two tires, and an alignment, I waited five hours. No explanation. No apology. Nothing.Just a $2,400 invoice, plus an estimate for another $5,000 in work.I purchased this vehicle from Herb Chambers 3.5 years ago and have brought it here for every service. To be honest, the service has never been great, but this visit was exceptionally poor. The lack of communication, long delays, and indifference toward a loyal customer were unacceptable. I will be reconsidering where I service my vehicle going forward.

Hi, This is Philip Kohn 202-257-3709. We were very disappointed in the service to repair a flat tire. It took almost 6 hours, we had to pay the price of a new tire, the tire was nearly new and the valve stem should be included in the warranty since it is a part of the tire, there was a new leak in the tire tread after the repair, 2 valve caps were missing on the other nearly new tires with supposed valve leaks. This is wrong and surprising since we have been a customer a long time and service has been excellent to this point.

I have consistently had excellent service from Marke Ravin and his colleagues at the Herb Chambers Mini service center. They are the primary reason I still come back to HC’s and quite possible also why I am still driving mini’s!
