A little disappointed this time around. The State inspection didn't get done and no call from the service rep to discuss issues. My only notifications were texts. Pretty impersonal. And after spending $2400 on suggested repairs, no car wash. The car wash is always appreciated and a super nice perk. So, when that's skipped, it feels disappointing.

For one of the first times ever you finished under the estimated time and didn’t hit me with thousands of dollars of extra.

I was there for an oil change. It took 2 hours. I spent an additional 1/2 hour waiting for my car to be washed. They kept telling me it is almost done and a 1/2 hr later said it hadn’t been washed. If you make people wait and don’t offer loaners you should be much faster with service.i was there for 2 1/2 hrs!
