I just dropped off my car to get a bent wheel fixed, and I had a great experience! Jurrell was incredibly helpful and professional, making the whole process smooth. I really hope he gets a well-deserved promotion soon!

A total disaster!I only came in for a sticker, car wash and a one year warranty service.( The car only has 5,400 miles)we put it in storage for approximately 6 months a year.These three items should have been completed within a VERY short time!I was told there was a recall that I was unaware of but explained to Kennedy Goncalves, my service Advisor that my wife needed the car due to prior commitments and that I would have to schedule another appointment for the recall.After waiting over two hours I was told there was a miscommunication problem and that the recall was already started.I then waited approximately 4 hours before I received my car and was told that they were not going to wash the car which is one of the reasons I came in .I insisted that they do itand told Kennedy about my displeasure with how this was handled and obviously my wife’splans had to be canceled.I have owned four BMWs over the years and the service in other dealerships have neverbeen a problem.The service department did not appear to be very understanding about my situation and in fact Kennedy couldn’t be found for at least 1/2 hour to get a message that I wanted updates and I simply had to wait until he returned to his desk.I rarely take surveys but felt the need to do one.
