Went in for a battery change came out with two battery changes and took way longer than expected.It’s been this way the last couple of visits. Very frustrating and you won’t see me anymore using the service in Sudbury. I always feel I overpay and the service takes too long compared to what I’m being told.

I felt that I was being upsold and overcharged. I’m alarmed at the rates/prices and do not anticipate having future service done on my vehicle at this location.The employees were very courteous throughout. I do appreciate how responsive and attentive employees were.

I dropped the car off in the morning which was smooth. Early afternoon I received a call that the work was complete and the cost was $35 for the state inspection. I picked up the car at 4:30 and was told the state inspection wasn’t done and was charged $211. After some back and forth the service manager agreed to do the inspection and said I would be refunded the $211 as the cost should have only been $35 as the other work was covered. I received a text that the amount was refunded but it still hasn’t been refunded on my credit card

This was my second service visit, and the experience has deteriorated significantly. The first visit required one week; this time my vehicle was held for two weeks with no reliable timeline.I was provided multiple promised completion dates, none of which were met. Communication and follow-up from the service advisor were inconsistent, and incorrect parts were initially ordered for my vehicle—an avoidable failure for an authorized BMW service center.As someone responsible for maintenance and engineering operations in a highly regulated industry, I recognize the importance of planning, accuracy, and accountability. The execution here fell short of those basic standards.This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from BMW. A formal complaint has already been submitted; while I appreciate the follow-up call and apology, this review is rated three stars only in recognition of that response—otherwise it would be one.

Yordanys is a super star. He was very professional, helpful and detail oriented. He took time to explain the fixes and the timeline to complete the fixes. My car was fixed in timely manner I would highly recommend working with him!
