Good experience, but waiting time was little longer than expected. The service advisor went through through details for detailing few scratches on the rear bumper. I was told the scratch was a bit deeper and needed longer time of servicing. Will go again for servicing next time around.

Pleasant experience but the two negatives were that it took nearly 2 weeks to get the car back I recognizeI had a loaner. Also one item was not warranteed that I thought should be and would be. Also I was surprised at the cost for a door seal, over $1300. That seems very excessive.

From no moment, I stepped in at Bmw service they were very attentive. I spoke with Katie and she was amazing. I was informed of when my car was ready and any issues that came up but everything went smoothly for pick up.

I was happy with the service once it got started but was not happy with the timing. I dropped off my car for a 7:30am appointment and work did not start until noon. It is fortunate I did not decide to wait in the shop for what I was told was a 1 hour job. It would be good if you could keep to a schedule if you are going to set appointments.

Daniella was very welcoming and efficient during the check in process. The great experience continued with Katie as my service technician who was very pleasant and personable and had me quickly on my way both times with dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Thank you
