You scratched my car. I’ve been in touch with service department but that’s not acceptable.

Hart up an appointment to get my brake fluid flushed and other thingsI was running late Bob was extremely polite and waited a few minutes for me to get home to get the loaner he explained the entire process and steve Dixon was also thorough and respectful helped me through everything very good service !!

The actual service work was top notch and it was my first experience with using Roadside Assistance which was great. But I was surprised to see the vehicle wasn't washed when I came to pick it up, which kept me from offering a top rating.

Longer wait time than was told and there was no snacks.
