I dropped the car off in the morning which was smooth. Early afternoon I received a call that the work was complete and the cost was $35 for the state inspection. I picked up the car at 4:30 and was told the state inspection wasn’t done and was charged $211. After some back and forth the service manager agreed to do the inspection and said I would be refunded the $211 as the cost should have only been $35 as the other work was covered. I received a text that the amount was refunded but it still hasn’t been refunded on my credit card

This was my second service visit, and the experience has deteriorated significantly. The first visit required one week; this time my vehicle was held for two weeks with no reliable timeline.I was provided multiple promised completion dates, none of which were met. Communication and follow-up from the service advisor were inconsistent, and incorrect parts were initially ordered for my vehicle—an avoidable failure for an authorized BMW service center.As someone responsible for maintenance and engineering operations in a highly regulated industry, I recognize the importance of planning, accuracy, and accountability. The execution here fell short of those basic standards.This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from BMW. A formal complaint has already been submitted; while I appreciate the follow-up call and apology, this review is rated three stars only in recognition of that response—otherwise it would be one.

Came in for recall appointment. Told service rep that I would be waiting in lounge area even though she had informed me it would probably take 2 hours to complete recall work, perform an overall vehicle inspection and wash my 2014 BMW X3 with 169,000 miles.I waited in customer lounge, enjoyed complimentary snacks, strolled around showroom and outside new and preowned parking area. After a little less than 2 hours, the service rep informed me my car was ready. The recall work had been completed and everything was ok. The total inspection had been completed and did not reveal any immediate problems other than I would need oil change and air filter in 1,300 miles. She was very impressed with the overall condition of a vehicle with 169,000 miles. She thanked me for bringing in my car for the recall inspection. I thanked her for the complimentary total inspection and great can wash. I left a very happy and satisfied customer knowing my BMW was good to go many more miles.

Yordanys understood my concerns, noted down everything, and able to get everything done in a timely manner. He also communicated when car will be ready and when I can pick up. I was very pleased with service and customer care that Yordanys provided.
