Buying the car was very pleasant and went smoothly. However, today I came in to get my inspection sticker and this experience is definitely 1/5 in terms of satisfaction. When I gave my keys and registration to Ilana at the desk, I inquired approximately how long the wait was and she told me it would take about 30 minutes. I returned to the desk 1 hour later and asked if it was going to take much longer. I was met with a very rude attitude from Ilana and was told to have a seat. When I insisted on finding out how much longer it was going to take as I need to get back to work, I was told it could take anywhere between 20 and 45 minutes longer. I am still waiting for my car in the waiting room. I needed to change the plans for my day. I would not be getting the car inspected today have I been told upfront how long it was going to take. And in terms of customer service - you get a better experience at Walmart.

Mr. King, My name is Zach Weinberg. I've been a service customer since 2023 and have generally had decent experiences, but my recent visits have been disappointing enough that I felt compelled to reach out. In December 2025, I came in for a multi-point inspection and was told I needed new wheels and a battery, no issue there. Yordanys was helpful and professional, and I was told the car was otherwise in great shape. However, just last week my car displayed a low coolant warning. I called ahead and asked if this was something that could be topped off quickly. The receptionist assured me it was no problem and could be done right in the bay. So I brought the car in Wednesday expecting a simple refill. Instead, the car was kept for two days, and I was presented with a $6,000 quote for a "heat management module" and radiator panel replacement. After calling around, I found this pricing to be significantly above market rate so I decided to pick up the car and seek a second opinion. When I arrived to collect my vehicle, I found two bolts/screws in my cup holder and Yordanys told me, "If you're having this fixed somewhere else, they can just put these back on for you." I was then charged $229. For what it's worth, I took the car to an independent BMW shop and they found nothing wrong and topped off the coolant at no charge. I came in expecting a quick coolant top-off but instead had to wait two days with a two-hour wait just to retrieve my car, loose bolts tossed in my cup holder, and a $229 charge for work that apparently wasn't needed. If that's how BMW Sudbury treats customers, I will pass on being a future customer. - Zach Weinberg

My Pham was very professional, friendly and time efficient. She explained everything very clearly, was very confident about the hidden work that needed attention and Was understanding about the snafu that occurred during the service appointment regarding the windshield accident in the shop.
