Overall, the staff Is very friendly and tries to be helpful; unfortunately, it appears that the problem that plagues my i4 M50, that I purchased less than a month ago, is not one that that the service department is familiar with. The reprogramming of the entire vehicle didn't resolve the issue (Emergency call system malfunction), as it has occurred twice since the service.This is an issue that greatly reduces the amount of crucial data that the vehicle's GPS has access to, as it also loses all traffic information, provides unreliable location information, and, most importantly, no longer has data on charging stations, which can be key to ensure that I don't get left stranded on the road without any nearby charging opportunities.Clearly, this needs to be solved, and I would welcome an opportunity to speak directly with BMW's software support team, as I have extensive familiarity with complex software systems.Thanks

Excellent experience. Particularly appreciate gratis car washing and Uber rides.Only opportunity for improvement was the over 30-minute wait. This is too long for a scheduled appointment.
