I had looked at a couple of cars over the course of the day Friday, made an appointment to come in on Saturday morningCame in Saturday morning, was aligned with Tora as our sales person- totally professional very helpful and knowledgeable.Dealership experience is good, you have enough space in the waiting room and office/work area so that I could get some things done in between test drives and paperworkI would say your websites need updating, the navigation is fairly cluttered and poor, the texting experience was confusing as well, the person there told me that the dealership closes at seven which was inaccurate, and then I would say that your phone systems need an upgrade, your call routing call cues and call tree experience is a little messyExample, I did call Mercedes of Boston, another Herb Chambers BMW of and was on exceptionally long holds and was actually unable to get to somebody to speak toWhat I liked the most was that I was able to test drive a couple of cars, make a choice, do paperwork and take Delivery all in the same dayI am very busy during the week, and while I can look at things online I can rarely find time to get out to a dealership, so this was a big plot in my experience. This is the third or fourth car I have bought from Herb Chambers dealerships.

The service was fine. However, I was told via text that if I gave an hour’s notice, my car would be parked out front when I arrived. I gave such notice, which was acknowledged, and arrived 20 minutes later than I expected. Not only was my car not parked in front, I had to wait almost half an hour to get it. Multiple people arrived after I did and got their cars within five minutes.

I have purchased 20 cars in the last 25 years and Darwin was the best advisor salesperson ever. 1st time I have purchased from BMW in Sudbury and I would highly recommend Darwin and the staff at BMW Sudbury.
