The repair process is lengthy in general at Sudbury. The costs are exorbitant and trying to leverage an extended warranty that was purchased through the dealership is constantly challenged and a source of friction for me. I would prefer the service team calls this challenge out from the onset and not during the service period. This vehicle has had several issues since purchase combined w the service friction is constant challenge w Sudbury.
