I am extremely disappointed. As part of my service, I had my tires rotated and the tire pressure was never reset correctly so the front had the rear pressure and vice versa.That is not acceptable.

While everyone at the dealership was nice and personable, we noticed several inconsistencies, received misinformation, and were sent home with a car different than the one we thought we purchased. We brought it to the dealership's attention and they voiced their desire to make it right. While they did take some steps, they were unwilling to swap the car I asked to buy for the price I paid.

I met with Steve Grant to show me how to use a BMW trickler. He was knowledgeable and walked me thru every step.Also met Karen Peterson and with finance to investigate extending my warranty.My service advisor, Mike Brooks, managed all my stops and as usual extremely customer focused.

Justin P is great. Problem, as usual was pick up. Took 1/2 after we got there. Happens most of the time. Just awful. All paid in advance. Alerted way before arrival. Still too too long a wait. I expect better.
