The service advisor experience was excellent. You were professional, responsive, and clear throughout, and I appreciated how well you handled everything within your control. I did have a few concerns with other aspects of the visit that were outside of your role, but I want to be explicit that those issues were not a reflection of your performance.

I had a flat tire and managed to get the brake recall fixed at the same time. It took a little longer than anticipated, but I was given a loner vehicle, so it worked out well.
