The repair process is lengthy in general at Sudbury. The costs are exorbitant and trying to leverage an extended warranty that was purchased through the dealership is constantly challenged and a source of friction for me. I would prefer the service team calls this challenge out from the onset and not during the service period.This vehicle has had several issues since purchase combined w the service friction is constant challenge w Sudbury.

It has been two weeks since signing title and I’m still waiting for the registration to be completed on the vehicle I paid for in full back in November / December. The whole process has not gone well. Originally the schedule was so disorganized that I arrived on time to find no staff available. Every employee seemed surprised. It required a second appointment. It’s a shame to see this dealership start to fall apart. We just bought my wife a new Range Rover across the street and it was a completely different experience.

Al, the Director of Service Operations, runs a top-notch service department — professional, efficient, and clearly customer-focused.Courtney did a fantastic job scheduling my appointment and making sure everything was set up smoothly ahead of time. On the day of service, my advisor My was outstanding — knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed without any pressure or upselling.I also want to give a special shout-out to David, the valet, who was friendly, punctual, and made the drop-off and pick-up process effortless.Overall, the entire team worked seamlessly together and made what’s usually a routine service visit genuinely pleasant. This is exactly the level of service you expect from BMW — and they delivered. Highly recommend!
