Rodrigo was very helpful in determining what needed to be done with my car. I waited and he kept me updated. When my ride fell through, he made sure I did not have to wait a long time for the repair to be made to my Buick. The clerical staff were great helping me to use a gift debit card as part of the payment for the repair.

I was not happy. I had my tires rotated, I had one of the tire pressure readers that did not work the other 3 did. I was asked if I wanted it to be replaced and I said next time. So the tires were rotated and I was never told if they were rotated it would throw off all tire readings on the dash board and none would then work. I would have not had my tires rotated now I can’t read the pressure gage on the dash. I called And Mark said I need to now replace that specific monitor . I asked for a discount because I feel that that’s not right .., I would have waited like I said and just did the oil change. If it were me I would have told the customer if you rotate the tires and one of the pressure monitors does not read none will and it wasn’t even checked before I left. I would like a resolution..

Trying to make an appointment for service was nearly impossible. Called three different times and no one answered. Tried using the website two different times and the page wouldn’t advance. So I went by the dealership and made my appointment in person. Not acceptable for a Cadillac dealer. This happened at another dealer as well.
