To end a ridiculous ordeal of over a year, I had the most disappointing experience yet, and that does not come close to describing how I feel. The service manager, Jose, told me he would love to fix my car so he could make money but GM told him he was not allowed. He went on to say that he is 'down' because his shop foreman spent several hours looking at my car, and he has been out a car. My car was there for 2.5 months, and he's complaining about several hours!! I was put in 2 electric loaners, second with a broken seat having to charge for hours. HOURS of my time, endless inconveniences for me, but he's out. My interaction with him was disgusting. We are out the cost of that vehicle because it cannot be repaired properly after a catastrophic engine failure that has created a massive recall. The amount of time that I have spent going back and forth to the dealer, going on test drives confirming there is a continued issue, calls with the executive referral person who would call to tell me there is nothing new, going to the dealership every other day to charge an electric car for hours, documenting this disaster is also disgusting….endless. To have someone tell me they are down as the final interaction is mind numbing. I have a car that blew on a major highway with my entire family in it, we jumped out because it was smoking and thought it was going to catch fire, it has been nothing but trouble since then, and literally can’t be repaired… and he has the audacity to interact the way he did. I would like to think my feedback matters and would be taken seriously. However, I sincerely doubt it.
