When I picked up my car it was more dirty than when I dropped off. There were brake dust fingerprints all over my drivers side door and all over the steering wheel, blinker and shifter on the inside. I never have experience such bad service from Cadillac in the past. They never even washed the outside of the car before pick up. I told the service rep about it and he just ignored me, was too concerned with rushing me out the door. I’ve been a Cadillac owner for a long time and this experience makes me never want to go back to herb chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield.

Waited for 6 months for an issue to be fixed that wasn't fixed the first time. Also the Service Manager wasn't friendly. On the rude side. Not sympathetic or Empathetic in anyway. Not a good trait for a service manager and I was t rude in any way whatsover

Quick oil change and rotation of tires is as convenient as one hope for. Great service

Great service. Felt like I received an honest assessment of what maintenance my car needs next. Other dealerships in the past I was constantly being upsold maintenance that wasn’t needed. Which made me avoid going to dealerships for future maintenance. That is not the case here.

Scott-Parts Rep is PHENOMENAL!!! He took care of all my needs in that area. Very professional and communicative throughout process. Jose ( over phone)and Matthew (in person)from service dept were AWESOME they went over and beyond helping with getting the GM credit card situated for me. That CC process took longer than the actual work being done to the vehicle. These 3 Gentleman are a definite Asset to Herb Chambers Cadillac, they do their jobs to fullest/beyond expectations. Thanks You guys!!!

Herb Chambers dealership sold me an extended warranty and this is the second time I’ve used it. First time- six weeks for my car to get fixed... This time it was two months. The back-and-forth between the warranty company pointing fingers at the dealership and the dealership pointing fingers at the warranty company combined with the lack of urgency on both sides made me think – It’s not worth buying an extended warranty. I was going broke with Uber so I had to buy a beater car to get to work. The good- 90% of people are nice, and I only had to pay $100 for a 6K worth of work - although between the beater car and the Ubers I’m really down 3K+.Also, although everything was covered, there was still a few things that they would not repair because they “could not find the parts“. In their defense, it is a 2014… But there is plenty of aftermarket parts to make the repair. Painful experience.
