Herb Chambers dealership sold me an extended warranty and this is the second time I’ve used it. First time- six weeks for my car to get fixed... This time it was two months. The back-and-forth between the warranty company pointing fingers at the dealership and the dealership pointing fingers at the warranty company combined with the lack of urgency on both sides made me think – It’s not worth buying an extended warranty. I was going broke with Uber so I had to buy a beater car to get to work. The good- 90% of people are nice, and I only had to pay $100 for a 6K worth of work - although between the beater car and the Ubers I’m really down 3K+.Also, although everything was covered, there was still a few things that they would not repair because they “could not find the parts“. In their defense, it is a 2014… But there is plenty of aftermarket parts to make the repair. Painful experience.

Got plugs, oil change, wiper blades and an inspection sticker. Left the car there and picked it up when it was done.👍👍

The work on the heat for my 2017 xt5 was not complete saying they needed to talk to engineer on how to fix it

Worst experience I’ll never step foot in that dealership again sold me a car a month ago my transmission light comes on suspension light comes on my rear door won’t open I made a appointment took the day off work drove an hour they didn’t get me a loaner they offered a ride to enterprise. I took my car and left I don’t even know how they stay in business very very dissapointing I’ve had the car a month nothing but aggravation
