Very poor and unprofessional service. The advisor Erica was not helpful at all , she told me that there was no way the transmission specialist can check my car any soon so I have to dropp off the vehicle. As soon as I mentioned to her that I have replaced my transmission couple months ago in herb chambers Lynnfield she then tried her best to make me go back to Lynnfield instead of warwick. I said I would like to have it serviced here where I bought it at first place. She had me seated in the waiting room to come back to me 40 min later with the cause of the problem.THE TREAD OF THE FRONT TIRES IS LOW . What a joke? I asked her if they tested drive the car . She said YES . How can you test drive the car without the client and the client was present? I honestly didn't think they tested drive the car because first she did not call me so I can drive and explain the symptoms of the transmission, second she mentioned at first that they are busy and NO WAY THE CAN CHECK THE CAR ANY SOON.She made me pay 1200 dollars for two tires replacement alignment and (transmission fluid wich there was no need to be changed).I had a great experience before with the advisor AJ but this time was extremely a wast of four hours drive back and forth.
