Excellent experience with Erica Belsky!!! She was polite and helpful from start to finish. She definitely shines in customer service. I would have given five 5 stars for my visit if I hadn’t discovered ink pen marks on my drivers seat which I assume came from a service tech 😞. I haven’t attempted to try to remove them yet as I’m unsure how to do it.

4th visit to get defective module fixed/replaced. Nothing. Still not working!!! 2025 xt4. So frustrating. Service rep Brian trying to make it right but the amount of time wasted waiting to appointments only to be back at square 1. Looking at 5th attempt to get it working. Completely dissatisfied

I discovered a nail in my tire, I called and they were able to get me an appointment rather quickly. AJ was able to get a new tire installed and I was on my way to enjoying my Saturday.
