Very happy with the service department…brought my truck in right away and took care of the StabiliTrak problem.

I Had to bring vehicle back after initial service because oil change was not properly sealed. I put a oil soaked paper towel in a bag for informational purposes on my center console. I never got a call on what the issue was or if it was ok to pick up so I called in the afternoon and was told what the issue was. When I came to pick up the oil saturated paper towel was still on the center console which I would have thought that the tec would have disposed of it. I am a loyal customer and frankly I was hoping a call with an apology and maybe a complimentary oil change would have been offered at my next service. Neither happened.

My visit went well, it took considerably less time than I thought it would for what had to be done. Scott was very patient and great to work with, he made the appointment feel better!

People are great! However, even though there was a video of the inspection of my brakes, they were squeaking when I got home. Kinda disappointed that it was mentioned as being fine.

I came in on a Saturday for a LOF and tire balance and rotation. I cleaned my car on Sunday and noticed my front wheel was still the same one in the front passenger side as it had to be resurfaced, so not sure if they were rotated and now at 67 mph the car now has a vibration
