I had an appointment and my vehicle was taken in for service on time and took exactly as long as I was quoted. I chose to wait in the waiting room while the car was being serviced. I worked with Kyle, who was great about checking me in, gathering information to determine the reason for the service appointment that day, and explaining what they were going to do on their end. When my vehicle was ready, he came to the waiting room and reiterated what the mechanic did, went over the bill and the results of the free 42-point inspection they do. He asked if I had any questions, then we booked my next visit, and I was in and out of there. I appreciated that Kyle took the time to explain to me about a few mechanical and working parts about my vehicle and his recommendations on subsequent service appointments. I found the service department to be professional, helpful and organized.

My experience was very positive. I usually don’t enjoy waiting around for my vehicle to be serviced but I must say I was very impressed by the length of time i spent there to the friendly and informative agents at the desk! I felt I was genuinely treated with respect and they guided me through the work needed and what could wait. Again, I’m extremely happy and will return to this dealership.

I came in to look at a possible replacement for my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. My wife and I test drove a Chrysler Pacifica which we decided to purchase.
