The bill was wrong since they did not apply the coupon. The bill was off by $250. I also had trouble getting someone to answer the phone so I had to drop by the dealership to speak to someone. They also changed their computer system and were recommending a spark plug replacement for $1,200 when in fact I had replaced them 3 years prior.
