The service mechanics continue to be irresponsible and leave my vehicle in poor condition time after time

The bill was wrong since they did not apply the coupon. The bill was off by $250. I also had trouble getting someone to answer the phone so I had to drop by the dealership to speak to someone. They also changed their computer system and were recommending a spark plug replacement for $1,200 when in fact I had replaced them 3 years prior.

Overall, very good, not a giant fan of artificial intelligence, but when I did call and speak with someone, it was good
