The front desk associates Jackie and Ethan were very nice as they were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding a few questions that I had. The service technician David Hilton was very nice and friendly as well. He provided several good recommendations for future service that my car might need and also was very knowledgeable regarding a few of my questions. Also, my car was washed! I was absolutely thrilled regarding that and much appreciated having that done as well. I will definitely be a return customer and will highly recommend this place to friends, family or anyone who might need their vehicles serviced or in the market for a new or a like vehicle. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

The AI that fielded my initial call was terrible. It was unnatural in its responses, which was not a good customer experience. It did not put the correct vehicle make/model in the appointment summary. And it didn't actually list anything for requested service. That forced me to call again and talk to a service advisor, who put in the correct information for the appointment. In summary, I had to call twice to schedule an appointment, a human service advisor still had to talk to me, and your dealership is paying for an AI software that makes the customer experience worse. You might want to look into fixing that.

It was a long wait for my car ๐ it was a Friday and the service dept was busy so understandable when my car was inspected it was so fast I was very satisfied

All went smooth thanks to Aaron. Very courteous.Explained out what was going on with my Jeep. Gave me options. And the I picked up my Jeep , it was extremely busy and he kept his cool and smile on his face.
