That said, I would like to express that I do not agree with the charge applied during the 17,700-mile service. I was not informed in advance that this service would involve a cost, and I understood this type of visit to be part of the preventive maintenance, especially considering that the vehicle is under a lease. Beyond the amount itself, I believe it is important that any charges be clearly communicated and authorized beforehand. Had I been informed in advance, the situation would have been different. I value the relationship of trust I have built with the dealership, which is why I share this feedback as an opportunity to improve communication and transparency for customers.

This is my first experience with Herb Chambers, I like the way they are organized and treat their customers well. One thing my 2026 Honda CR-V is missing is the cargo cover, I hope you get the message and we will fix it please.

In my 38 years of driving and purchasing vehicles, this was by far the best experience ever. A true testament to the dealership is the relaxed and happy atmosphere. All employees seemed genuinely happy and at ease and putting zero pressure on the customer. The environment with regards to the employees and how it translates to the customer experience is more valuable to me than any 'deal' i might get. With that said i am also ecstatic about the vehicle i purchased, a unicorn of a used vehicle. I have and will continue to recommend Herb Chambers dealership, Honda of Boston in particular. A big shout out to Tao my salesperson.
