I was not informed in advance that this service would involve a cost, and I understood this type of visit to be part of the preventive maintenance, especially considering that the vehicle is under a lease.Beyond the amount itself, I believe it is important that any charges be clearly communicated and authorized beforehand. Had I been informed in advance, the situation would have been different.I value the relationship of trust I have built with the dealership, which is why I share this feedback as an opportunity to improve communication and transparency for customers.
