Overall, my experience with the dealership and the staff has been positive, and I have always been treated with professionalism and respect.That said, I would like to express that I do not agree with the charge applied during the 17,700-mile service. I was not informed in advance that this service would involve a cost, and I understood this type of visit to be part of the preventive maintenance, especially considering that the vehicle is under a lease.Beyond the amount itself, I believe it is important that any charges be clearly communicated and authorized beforehand. Had I been informed in advance, the situation would have been different.I value the relationship of trust I have built with the dealership, which is why I share this feedback as an opportunity to improve communication and transparency for customers.

This is my first experience with Herb Chambers, I like the way they are organized and treat their customers well. One thing my 2026 Honda CR-V is missing is the cargo cover, I hope you get the message and we will fix it please.
